Publications

We have published a paper titled "A fusion approach to computing distance for heterogeneous data" accepted in KDIR 2014, the 6th International Conference in Knowledge Discovery and Information Retrieval which took place in Rome, Italy between the 21st and the 24th of October 2014. KDIR is a part of IC3K conferences, the International Joint Conference on Knowledge Discovery, Knowledge Engineering and Knowledge Management. The conference proceedings are indexed by Citation Index (ISI), INSPEC, DBLP, EI (Elsevier Index) and Scopus.

We have published a paper titled "Applying Clustering Analysis to Heterogeneous Data Using Similarity Matrix Fusion (SMF)" and we am targeting MLDM 2015, the 11th International Conference on Machine Learning and Data Mining which takes place in Hamburg, Germany between the20th and the 23ed of July 2015. The paper is published by Springer Verlag in volume 9166 of the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series in the book "Machine Learning and Data Mining in Pattern Recognition". This paper has been nominated for the best paper award .
